Volunteers are needed to staff various hospitality functions for artists, patrons and the public. Some of these items are listed below:

• Distribute water during show hours to the artists.
• Assist with artist set-up and tear down and transporting items.
• Booth sitting for artist breaks.
• Public assistance with art purchased.
• Assistance in tear down, set up and transporting items.
• Distribution of literature.
• Volunteer check-in booth staffing and logistics.
• Staff hospitality space for the artists to obtain information, services, and a break.
• Help to transport and place, seasonal decorations for the art fair and Summit Art information area.
• Assistance with a final clean up of the Art Festival space used to ensure that the property is left clean and materials returned.
• Help with artists parking area to ensure efficient use.
